These Terms of Service govern your access to our website (dreams2apps.com) and our product delivery services, including subscriptions and one-time builds. We proudly serve clients based in India and internationally worldwide.
By booking a free audit, purchasing a subscription plan, commissioning a build, or interacting with our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Service Offerings
We provide two primary service engagement models:
- Monthly Subscriptions: Ongoing, done-for-you digital services including websites, web & mobile applications, AI chat bots, graphics, social assets, and SEO optimizations.
- One-Time Builds: Custom digital solutions such as our WhatsApp AI Receptionist, AI Sales Agent, or custom landing pages delivered under an upfront agreement.
3. Subscriptions & Cancellation Policy
Our subscriptions are straightforward and flexible:
- No Long-Term Contracts: All monthly subscriptions operate month-to-month. There are no lock-in contracts or termination penalties.
- Cancel Anytime: You may cancel your subscription at any time prior to the next billing renewal date simply by notifying us at [email protected] or through your client management portal.
- Continuity: Upon cancellation, your service remains active through the end of your current prepaid billing cycle.
4. One-Time Builds & Upfront Policy
For one-time bespoke projects and automated bots:
- Payment Schedule: A 50% upfront deposit is required to reserve team capacity and commence architectural design and development. The remaining 50% balance is payable upon deliverable completion.
- Non-Refundable Deposit: The 50% upfront deposit is strictly non-refundable once project kickoff and development work has commenced.
- 7-Day Delivery Guarantee: Where explicitly noted on eligible products (such as our WhatsApp AI Receptionist and AI Sales Agent), our guarantee applies: live in 7 business days or you don't pay.
5. Client Responsibilities & Inquiries
To enable our team to build high-quality deliverables, clients agree to provide necessary branding assets, access credentials, and timely feedback. Information submitted through our inquiry forms or chat (such as company name, email, country, and requirements) must be accurate. Data is processed securely in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
6. Intellectual Property & Ownership
You own all of your finished work. Upon receipt of full payment for any completed build or during an active paid subscription, all rights, title, and intellectual property in custom code, graphic assets, website layouts, and bot configurations created specifically for you are transferred completely to you.
7. Warranties and Limitation of Liability
Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for peak uptime and bug-free releases, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from third-party platform downtime (e.g. Meta WhatsApp API, OpenAI, or cloud hosting outages).
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
