2. Monthly Subscription Plans
Our monthly subscription plans cover websites, apps, chat bots, SEO, graphics, and video production:
- Cancel Anytime: You may cancel your subscription at any point before your next monthly renewal. There are no cancellation fees, penalty charges, or minimum commitments.
- Billing Cycles: Subscription payments are charged in advance for each 30-day billing cycle to reserve dedicated engineering, creative, and production capacity.
- Refund Policy: Because our dedicated team commences work immediately and capacity is allocated upon payment, subscription payments are non-refundable once the billing period has started. However, you will continue to have full access to your services and requests through the remainder of your prepaid period.
3. One-Time Builds & Custom Bots
For standalone projects and one-time automated bots:
- 50% Upfront Deposit: A 50% deposit is required prior to project kickoff to begin development and system architecture.
- Non-Refundable After Kickoff: Once project onboarding is completed and work has commenced, the 50% upfront payment is strictly non-refundable.
- Pre-Kickoff Cancellation: If a project is cancelled in writing prior to any engineering or design work commencing, your deposit will be refunded in full, minus applicable payment gateway processing fees.
4. 7-Day "Live or You Don't Pay" Guarantee
For eligible one-time products — specifically our WhatsApp AI Receptionist and AI Sales Agent — we provide an ironclad delivery guarantee:
- Your bot will be built, connected to your WhatsApp Business number, and ready to take customer inquiries within 7 business days of receiving your completed onboarding details and necessary API access.
- If we fail to deliver within 7 business days, you owe nothing: any deposit received will be returned immediately, or your initial invoice will be waived in full.
