Dreams2Apps provides app development, technical strategy, and Virtual CTO services. The specific scope of work for any project will be defined in a separate Service Agreement or Proposal signed by both parties.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, upon full payment of all fees, the ownership of the custom source code and assets developed for your project will be transferred to you. Dreams2Apps retains the right to use generic code snippets, libraries, and methodologies developed during the project for other clients.
Payment terms are defined in your specific project proposal. Monthly support plans are billed in advance. Late payments may result in suspension of services or project delays.
You are responsible for providing clear requirements, feedback, and necessary assets (e.g., logos, content) in a timely manner. Delays in providing information may affect project timelines.
Both parties agree to keep all non-public information shared during the course of the project confidential. NDAs are available upon request and will supersede these terms regarding confidentiality.
Dreams2Apps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [City, State], India.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
