These Marketplace Terms govern your purchase and use of app templates, themes, and code assets from the Dreams2Apps Marketplace.

1. License Types

Items in the marketplace are typically sold under one of two license types:

• Standard License: Allows you to create one single end product for yourself or one client. The end product may be distributed for free or sold.
• Extended License: Allows you to create one single end product for yourself or one client, and the end product may be sold or distributed as part of a larger commercial product.

2. Restrictions

Regardless of the license type, you are not permitted to:

• Redistribute the source code as a template or stock item in any other marketplace.
• Claim the original design or code as your own work.
• Extract parts of the template to use in multiple separate projects without additional licenses.

3. Refunds

Due to the digital nature of marketplace items, all sales are final and non-refundable. We provide detailed previews and descriptions to help you make an informed decision before purchase.

4. Support and Updates

Standard marketplace purchases include 6 months of basic technical support for bugs and issues related to the original code. This does not include custom feature development or installation services. Major updates to templates may be offered for a fee or as part of a support extension.

5. Disclaimer

Marketplace items are provided "as is". While we ensure high standards, Dreams2Apps is not responsible for any issues arising from your modifications to the code or third-party service changes that may affect the template's functionality.
